This cozy cottage is perfect for 2 to 4 people and is conveniently located on the Toulouse / Andorra axis. It boasts a charming decor and high-quality amenities.Situated on the ground floor of a detached house, this 50 m2 apartment features a spacious double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (180 or 2 x 90), a bright living room with a large bay window, a brand new sofa bed (140), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Included in your stay are access to the garden and terrace, a barbecue for outdoor cooking, parking space, a TV, wifi, electricity, and all necessary bed and bathroom linens. Additionally, the cottage provides a storage space for bicycles and skis.
For those seeking some extra relaxation, we offer an on-site gym (reservation required) and indulgent wellness massages.
In the immediate surroundings, you'll find horse-riding trails, a climbing rock, and the opportunity to go canoeing on the beautiful Ariege River. If you're in need of some pampering, make sure to visit the nearby spa in Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains.
Our rates are as follows:
- High season: 450 per week
- Rest of the year: 400 for weekends
- Curistes (non-holiday period): 1050 for a 3-week stay
- Short stays (outside holidays): 140 for 2 nights, 200 for 3 nights

Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer . Propriétaires très sympathiques et gîte confortable.
Beau, confo et sympathique
J'ai eu le plaisir d'être la première à utiliser ce gîte. Tout est neuf, propre et très joliment décoré. Cuisine bien équipée et lits très confortables.
Les hôtes ont été super agréables et m'ont indiqué plusieurs attraits de la région. Plusieurs activités à faire tout près.

Directions
Take RN 20 in the direction of Andorra and drive past Tarascon on Ariège. Keep going on RN 20 for 3 km after passing the Ornolac-Ussat panels baths. Then, make a left turn at the bridge over the Ariege. At the end of the road, turn right onto the street that leads to the thermal baths. Drive for 600 m and you will have arrived, on your left.
