Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you as friends to their luxurious air-conditioned villa. The property features a swimming pool available from April to mid-October, a beautiful landscaped garden, and a fenced park of 6300m² with various games such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, and more. There is also a playground area with a carousel and slide for children, which is supervised by parents at all times.You have the opportunity to rent the entire property, including the 4-bedroom villa and outbuildings, for a few weeks during the Parisian school holidays. Linen is provided for your convenience. Please contact us to inquire about availability, as we also accommodate our own children and grandchildren.
During the months of September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. Our "Cezanne" themed Bed and Breakfast room is 25m², complete with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace. It has an independent entrance and the option for 2 additional beds. We also have a family suite consisting of 2 rooms, perfect for parents with children. This suite includes a spacious covered terrace and a lounge area in the veranda.
Breakfast is included in your stay, and you will have access to our common summer kitchen for preparing snacks. We are happy to recommend restaurants, provide information on hiking trails, and offer suggestions for exploring the nearby cities of Aix en Provence and Marseille. We can provide you with day itineraries and maps.

During school holidays or upon request, you have the option to rent the entire property, which includes a spacious single-story villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room equipped with air conditioning. The villa also features a lovely veranda, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets for your convenience. Inside the house, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and outside, in the patio area, you'll find another fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue and a plancha for enjoyable outdoor cooking.Adjacent to the pool, there is a pool house with toilets and storage space for pool and outdoor equipment. Speaking of the pool, it is a magnificent 105 m² swimming pool with integrated Jacuzzi blower, water jets, swimming against the current feature, and a massage nozzle. It has a small shallow area of approximately 20 m² in a triangular shape, while the rectangular part gradually slopes from 1 meter to 1.80 meters in depth. Additionally, there is a diving pit with a depth of 1.80 meters.
To ensure your comfort, the pool can be heated using solar panels from April to October, depending on the sun, resulting in a water temperature ranging from 26 to 30 °C in summer and 20 to 25 °C in spring. The property also boasts a beautifully landscaped and enclosed park spanning 6300 m², adorned with flowers, pine trees, and oak trees. The park offers various games for your enjoyment.
Worry not about linens, as they are provided for your convenience. For added security, the property is equipped with an electric gate controlled by a remote, as well as a visophone system. The garden is also taken care of automatically with an automatic watering system.
A caretaker visits the property once or twice a week to ensure the pool and garden are well-maintained, but rest assured, they will perform their duties discreetly.
During your stay, our cat, Hérane, will remain on the premises with its supply of food and water in the garage. Hérane is a bit shy, so you might not see much of her unless you try to coax her out.

Directions
To get to Villa Victoria from Aix en Provence, head towards Toulon/Roquevaire/Aubagne on either Route National 96 or the Toulon/Nice highway (take the Fuveau exit). Continue until you reach a place called "Jas de Bassas". At the roundabout, turn right towards "Greasque". Then, follow the signs towards "Saint-Savournin". Villa Victoria is located at number 111 on the left, just 30 metres after the "Carrosserie du Virage".
