Our location is ideal, just a 7-minute walk from Saint Charles train station and the seaport, and less than 10 minutes from the old Port and La Canebière. We are also conveniently close to the historic Panier district and provide easy access to the A7, A55, and A50 motorways. With a metro station 50 meters away and buses, trams, and self-service bicycle rentals nearby, getting around is a breeze.

We offer two options for your stay:

1. The "Bed and Breakfast" formula with two luxurious bedrooms:
- "Côté Cour N ° 1" is a spacious 21m2 room with a private entrance, toilet, and shower room. It features a comfortable 160/200 double bed, a lounge area, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. Coffee and tea are complimentary, and breakfast is included with a variety of options.
- "Côté Cour N ° 2" is a cozy 18m2 room with its own entrance, toilet, and shower room. It also has a 160/200 double bed, a lounge area, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. Coffee and tea are complimentary, and breakfast is included with a variety of options.

2. The "Guest apartments" formula:
Ideal for a self-sufficient stay, our apartments offer the comfort of home. We have three options available:
- "Apartment N ° 1" is a 30m2 apartment on the 1st floor. It includes a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a balcony for enjoying the sun. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a lounge area, a large double bed, LED TV, and free wifi.
- "Apartment N ° 2" is a 23m2 apartment on the 1st floor. It features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a large double bed, a wardrobe, a flat screen TV, and free wifi.
- "Apartment N ° 3" is a 26m2 apartment on the 2nd floor. It includes a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a large double bed, a wardrobe, a flat screen TV, and free wifi.

We also offer a spacious family apartment on the 1st floor, perfect for a relaxing stay with your loved ones. This 48m2 apartment includes a large master bedroom, a separate sleeping area with a single bed and a bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious shower room. It is equipped with air conditioning, a lounge area, a large double bed, an LED TV, and free wifi.

In the vicinity, you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The new shopping centers, "Les Terrasses du Port" and "Les Docks," are also within walking distance.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and heels should not be worn to protect our parquet floors. During the summer season (from May 1 to September 30), we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

With easy access to major highways and public transportation, including the metro, buses, and tram, getting around the city is a breeze. Additionally, self-service bicycle rental is conveniently available just 30 meters away.

The gite offers two options for accommodation. The "Bed and Breakfast" formula includes two luxurious bedrooms. "Côté Cour N ° 1" features a spacious 21m2 room with a private entrance, toilet, and shower room, as well as a comfortable double bed, lounge area, TV, wifi, and air conditioning. "Côté Cour N ° 2" offers a cozy 18m2 room with similar amenities. Both rooms come with complimentary coffee and tea, and breakfast is included, featuring a selection of hot beverages, orange juice, yogurt, bread, butter, homemade jams, and pastries.

For those seeking more independence, the "Guest apartments" formula is perfect. Apartment N ° 1, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, offers a spacious 30m2 living space with a large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room with a basin. The apartment also boasts a southeast-facing balcony, air conditioning, a lounge area, and a comfortable double bed, as well as a LED TV and free wifi.

Apartment N ° 2, also situated on the 1st floor, provides all the comfort and equipment needed for a successful stay in its 23m2 space. With a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room, this apartment offers air conditioning, a large double bed, a huge wardrobe, a flat screen TV, and free wifi.

Apartment N ° 3, located on the 2nd floor, offers a 26m2 living space with a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room. It features air conditioning, a large double bed, a huge wardrobe, a flat screen TV, and free wifi.

Lastly, the Family apartment, located on the 1st floor, is the largest of the apartments with a spacious 48m2 area. It includes a large parental bedroom, a separate sleeping area with a single bed and bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower room. This apartment also offers air conditioning, a lounge area, a large double bed, a LED TV, and free wifi.

Conveniently, there are many shops nearby, including supermarkets, food shops, and a bakery just 200 meters away. The new shopping centers "Les Terrasses du Port" and "Les Docks" are also within a short distance of approximately 500 meters.
