La Vayssade has been owned by the same family for four generations. Located on the outskirts of Lalbenque, this charming property showcases the unique architecture of the Quercy region and is surrounded by 10 hectares of truffle oak trees, a true treasure of the Causse area.Our Guest House is housed in a beautifully restored monumental barn that seamlessly combines modern and traditional construction techniques, thanks to the expertise of architect Michel Montal from Cahors. The attention to detail and stylish decor make for a truly personalized experience, with a welcoming living room, a contemporary fireplace, and an open kitchen.
Joelle, Hélène, Pierre, and Emmanuel, the owners of La Vayssade, are passionate about their region and will be delighted to introduce you to the local cuisine and original recipes. During the summer months, you can enjoy the terrace, the park, the garden, the swimming pool, and the nearby beach. We also provide six bicycles free of charge (subject to availability and deposit) for you to explore the surroundings.
In the colder months, central heating and a cozy fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for socializing and creating lasting memories. Winter is also the ideal time to immerse yourself in the secrets of the Black Diamond with our Weekend Truffle experience, which includes truffle-themed dining, a slideshow presentation, truffle hunting, and a visit to the famous Lalbenque truffle market.

To get to Cahors Villefranche de Rouergue from the A20 highway, take exit N°58. After the toll, make a right turn and continue driving for 6 km.
