Welcome to the Gîte "Sécotine," a completely independent property. The entrance and terrace can be accessed through the door on the street, located on the west south side, ensuring privacy with no direct view from neighboring properties.

The covered terrace, facing south, offers a beautiful view of the park, which is partially shaded and spans over 4000m².

The gîte can accommodate 4 to 5 people within its 48 m² space. It features two bedrooms, one with a large 160 bed and the other with two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with an integral shower with hydromassage, a washing machine, a hair dryer, towels, a toilet, and a storage cupboard. Additionally, there is a separate second toilet and hand wash area.
