Three guest rooms have been created in a spacious 18th-century building that has been thoughtfully renovated to retain its original charm. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet for your convenience. The comfortable beds, measuring 1.60 meters wide, offer a delightful space to relax and unwind in the tranquil and serene atmosphere.The property also boasts a vast, beautifully landscaped park spanning 3000 square meters, where you can enjoy leisure activities such as playing bocce or simply find a peaceful spot to rest. You'll have the added convenience of secure private parking, ensuring that your vehicle is kept safe and secure during your stay.
In addition to your cozy guest room, a spacious dining area awaits you for a delectable gourmet breakfast. Furthermore, there is a lounge area where you can freely wander and relax at your leisure. Should you require it, a microwave is available for your use, or if you prefer, we can prepare a packed meal for you.

Accueil tres cordial, avec un sens de l hospitalité peu commun de la part de Catherine et Nicolas, demeure restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme , belle propriété, tres relaxant , nous y retournerons

En route vers les Charentes, nous avons apprécié la chambre spacieuse et le charme du lieu. La cuisine succulente de Catherine et l'histoire du village racontée avec beaucoup de talent et d'humour par son compagnon Nicolas valent le détour!

We are currently located in a place called "Poenat". To reach our guest room, follow these travel directions:
If you are coming from the 03390 Beaune d'Allier motorway, take exit 11 of the A71 motorway (exit Montmarault). From there, head towards the city center. At the first roundabout, turn left following the sign that indicates our guest room. At the next traffic light, turn left again, following the sign that shows our direction. After that, continue for approximately 6 km until you reach the Hyds management area. Immediately after, take a left onto a small road that will lead you directly to our home.
Alternatively, if you are using the departmental road, either from Montmarault to Lapeyrouse or from Lapeyrouse to Montmarault, follow the directions accordingly.
