Stay in our enchanting Guest house with air conditioning, offering a delightful Bed & Breakfast experience. Our accommodation includes a spacious suite with two rooms, as well as a charming guest room. Please note that during the summer months, the property is exclusively available for vacation rentals. However, we do offer limited availability during this period, so please check our "news" page on our website for more information. Additionally, enjoy our large and secure swimming pool, which is heated and accessible from mid-April to mid-October. Set within a fenced property spanning 6200 m², our location is perfectly situated between the picturesque towns of Aix en Provence, Marseille, and Cassis.

During the summer, the entire property with 4 bedrooms is available for rent. However, during other periods, you have the option to rent a 3-bedroom home with a kitchen or choose a bed and breakfast setup for a night's stay. The villa is designed on a single level and boasts air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and the living room. It also features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the south-facing terraces, offering stunning views of the park and swimming pool. In the summer, guests can relax in the outdoor lounge area under the arbor, while a refreshing and well-equipped summer kitchen provides a delightful space to enjoy views of the pool and park. Situated between the magnificent Sainte Victoire mountain and the Calanques, Villa Victoria is a mere 25-minute drive away from the sea.

Directions

To get to our location in Gréasque, follow these revised travel directions:

After Aix-en-Provence, take the Toulon/Nice motorway. Take the first exit labeled "Fuveau" and then turn left onto RD 96 towards Fuveau/Gréasque. At the junction called "Jas de Bassas," turn right towards "Gréasque." Continue on this road until you reach Gréasque.

Once in Gréasque, take the road towards "Saint Savournin." After passing the pharmacy, continue for 600 meters until you reach a chemical store and a hairdresser. Our location is on the left-hand side at number 111, just after Carrosserie du Virage, which is 30 meters before at number 71. Please note that the numbers are indicated by meters.
