Experience a warm and heartfelt welcome from the Lecomte family at their magnificent Provençal Bastide, a former monastery dating back to the late 18th century. Nestled just a stone's throw away from the vibrant center of Aix en Provence, this enchanting haven offers four exquisitely adorned guest rooms. Immerse yourself in the charm of fine period and country furniture, Provençal fabric, and opulent bed linens.

Having evolved from a traditional farmhouse to a monastery and eventually a vineyard, our 18th century bastide has undergone an extensive restoration over the past two years. Set amidst two acres of lush gardens, this tranquil and sun-drenched retreat provides the perfect ambiance for complete relaxation. Lounge by the expansive swimming pool, engage in a friendly game of badminton or ping pong, or partake in the beloved French pastime of pétanque under the shade of majestic parasol pine trees.

Within our well-established garden, you'll discover almond, olive, eucalyptus, sycamore, chestnut, and lime trees. The allure continues with our unique vegetable and herb gardens, a visual delight for all. Start your day with a delectable gourmet breakfast meticulously prepared by Caroline, which can be savored on the patio before embarking on a journey to explore the enchanting wonders of Aix en Provence and the breathtaking countryside, cherished by renowned painters and poets alike.

The Bastide offers four impeccably furnished bedrooms ranging from 25 to 35 square meters, each possessing its own distinctive character. Adorned with tasteful antique country-style décor, every room boasts comfortable bedding adorned with local fabrics and luxurious linens. A cozy sitting area and a well-appointed shower room ensure the ultimate comfort and well-being of our esteemed guests. Stay connected with our convenient local area network, providing internet access in all rooms via both Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Please note that the Bastide is a non-smoking establishment.
