Located at the base of Montségur and the Pyrenees, this garden-level apartment is perfect for 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (with a ceiling height of 1.95m). Convenient parking is available in front of the house, and the property is suitable for people with reduced mobility.Prices range from 250 to 300 per week, with discounts available for longer stays. The apartment features a living room with a convertible (BZ) sofa and a well-equipped kitchen area. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet, and there is a bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed. Sheets are provided for the bed.
Outside, there is a covered terrace that opens up to a spacious, enclosed garden of 900 m2. The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and two chairs. Pets are allowed upon request. Additionally, guests have access to a storage room.
Le Rabautois is located in the hamlet of Rabaute, in the commune of Péreille. It is conveniently situated at the entrance of Lavelanet, along the road to Foix. The property is only 50m away from a communal playground that offers basketball, football, and pétanque. Lavelanet and the nearest supermarket are just 900m away.
For those interested in exploring the area, the famous Cathar castle of Montségur is a short 10km drive, and the Monts d'Olmes ski resort is 20km away.
Le Rabautois serves as a central starting point for discovering the rich Ariège region, with numerous activities and attractions within a 50km radius.
The apartment is equipped with central heating, electric heating, and parking space. The garden is enclosed and shared with other guests, offering sunbeds, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
