Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis, fully air-conditioned and perfect for accommodating 4 persons. With a spacious area of 58 m2, it is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the beach. The city center and port are within a pleasant 10-minute walk.Featuring large windows in every room, the apartment offers breathtaking views of the sea and Cap Canaille from its expansive 40 m2 balcony. The balcony is equipped with electric blinds and is an ideal spot for dining and sunbathing, accompanied by two sun loungers.
The apartment boasts a bright and spacious living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (160cm) for two people, three nesting tables, four chairs, a color TV, and a library. The large bedroom features a cozy 140cm bed for two people, two bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with a chair, a three-door wardrobe (one with a mirror), a wooden chair, and a cot.
For your convenience, all windows and windows have electric shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with six essential appliances, including a table with four chairs, a dishwasher with eight cutlery settings, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine.
