Welcome to our brand-new apartment with a stunning panoramic sea view, perfect for a maximum of 4 people. Situated on the second and last floor of a small building with only 2 floors, this 76m2 apartment also features a spacious 24m2 terrace.Just 350m away, you will find the beautiful sandy beach lifeguard Lido, which includes Mickeys Club for children. The location is ideal, as the apartment is centrally located in the quiet residential area of Propriano. Within a short 5-minute walk, you can access all the restaurants, shops, bakeries, pubs, and bars that the area has to offer.
The apartment is part of a residence located in a lovely flowered park, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It is equipped with high-end appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, juicer, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner. Additionally, a 116cm 3D TV is mounted on the wall for your entertainment.
Large windows provide ample natural light and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The corner terrace is fully furnished and equipped, allowing you to soak up the sun while enjoying the southern and southeastern exposures.
Propriano is a family-friendly resort and conveniently accessible by ferry. The city boasts the largest port in South Corsica, offering ferry services to Marseille (4 times per week) and Sardinia. Currently, there is a discounted price for the ferry.
The apartment's location is perfect for exploring the region, as it is ideally situated between Ajaccio, Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio, and the Bavella Peaks. All of these destinations can be reached within an hour by car. Propriano itself offers a wide range of sports activities and boasts twenty kilometers of sandy beaches.
