Welcome to A Casa di Sognu cottage in San Gavino, 20114 Figari. This independent apartment is located at the bottom of a villa and can be accessed by stairs. The apartment features a spacious 40m² terrace with a breathtaking view of the plain.Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. Crockery for 8 people and kitchen utensils are provided. Additionally, all linen is included for your convenience.
Outside, there is a terrace with a built-in barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. You can also enjoy a game of pétanque, as balls and jacks are provided.
Located in the charming and picturesque hamlet of San Gavinu in the town of Figari, you will experience a peaceful and restful atmosphere. There is no visual or sound pollution, allowing you to sleep soundly and even gaze at the stars.
If you're looking for outdoor activities, there are plenty of opportunities for hikes and panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The beautiful beaches of Porto-Vecchio, as well as supermarkets and shops, are just a 30-minute drive away. Bonifacio is also easily accessible within 30 minutes. The beaches of Pianottoli-Caldarello and Testa-Ventilegna are just 15 minutes away.
The nearby villages of Figari and Pianottoli are only a 12-minute drive away. In Figari, you can find the town hall, pharmacy, post office, Spar market (small supermarket), 2 bars, 3 restaurants, and shops selling cheese and cold meats. Pianottoli offers 2 medium-sized supermarkets, Spar, a bakery, post office, 1 bar, 3 restaurants, and along the beach road, 4 restaurants, one of which has a swimming pool.
The apartment itself features a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience. The living room is 15m² and includes a dining table, sofa, and a Bluetooth-enabled HiFi system for you to enjoy your favorite music.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom is 9m² and is equipped with three 90cm beds, including 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe, and storage space. The second bedroom is also 9m² and has a 140cm bed, a large closet, and a satellite TNT TV. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have doors that open onto the terrace, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings.
A parking space is reserved for you and the cleaning of the apartment is included. The owner lives upstairs and will ensure your comfort and tranquility during your stay.
