Experience the authentic charm and allure of our cottage located in the Lot department. Immerse yourself in the wonders of Rocamadour, Padirac, Cahors, Saint-Cirq, Cajarc Figeac, and the medieval town, birthplace of Champollion, where the rich heritage and culture will transport you to the heart of Egyptian history.Our character stone house is nestled on the Lot, in the charming commune of Madeleine Faycelles. On-site, you will find a restaurant and an equestrian center for your enjoyment.
The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with a spacious area of 120 sqm and a 60 sqm terrace. It features 3 bedrooms with 140 beds, an American kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped living room with a TV. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Additionally, you will have access to the internet. The terrace provides a stunning view of the park and the 4 x 8 pool.
Please note that only bed linen is provided, and we regretfully cannot accommodate pets.
To reach us, you can take the A20 from Paris and continue towards Brive, then take exit 56 towards Figeac. If you are arriving from the Toulouse-Cahors road, also take exit 56 towards Figeac. In Figeac, follow the signs for "Villefranche de Rouergue" (D 822) and continue for 6 miles until you reach Madeleine, where you will find signs directing you to our location.
For those traveling by rail, Figeac Train Station is conveniently located 6 km away and offers daily trains from Paris, Toulouse, Brive, and Aurillac. If you prefer air travel, Rodez airport is 60 km away from Figeac, while Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 155 km away.

Our rates for a week's stay (7 nights) including VAT are as follows:
- From July 1 to July 11 and from August 22 to August 31: 850 euros for 6 people.
- From July 11 to August 22: 1050 euros for 6 people.

To secure your booking, a deposit check payable to Mr. Dubost, with the address 46100 La Madeleine Faycelles, corresponding to 30% of the stay, must accompany your reservation. We will confirm receipt of your deposit by mail, and your check will be collected on the date of your stay. Please note that we do not have a credit card system. A deposit will also be required upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure.

The gite also features an open American kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. Unwind in the inviting living room, complete with a fireplace to create a warm and cozy ambiance. Additionally, a fully equipped living room awaits you, complete with a television for your entertainment needs.
Our gite boasts a fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The bathroom encompasses a shower, bathtub, and toilet, providing convenience and comfort to our guests.

Directions
To reach Madeleine, follow these travel directions: Find the A20 motorway towards Paris and Toulouse. Take exit 56 towards Figeac. Avoid going towards Faycel Figeac and instead, continue on D822 for 7 kilometers until you reach Madeleine. Once there, take a left turn after the marked crossing to access your destination.
