This quiet flat is located in front of the sea, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It is only 20 meters away from the sandy beach and boasts a luminous interior with a total area of 64 square meters plus a 9 square meter terrace. The terrace, living room, and kitchen all provide stunning views of the sea. Additionally, the flat features two underground garages and an alarm system for added security.

Inside, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom includes an electrical double bed and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds, one of which is electrical, along with a baby bed. Guests will also have access to modern amenities such as Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and spacious cupboards for storage.

The kitchen is separate and equipped with a dishwasher, drying washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom offers an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin, while there is a second separate toilet as well. If needed, baby accessories can be provided upon request.

The flat is available for rent during various dates. From July 13th to July 27th, the weekly rate is 900€. From August 3rd to August 10th, the weekly rate is 1000€. From October 5th to October 19th, the weekly rate is 450€. Additionally, there is a cleaning fee ranging from 30€ to 40€.

Directions

To reach Toulon from Marseilles, drive on the motorway and exit at La Ciotat. Once you reach La Ciotat, look for signs that say "centre ville" and then "plage" (beach). In the middle of the beach, you will spot a small, white, and modern flat that resembles a boat.
