Located in the charming village of Cotignac in Provence, this house offers a delightful retreat overlooking vineyards in its own private valley. Built in 1850, the house is just 500 meters away from the village.

The house features a lovely terrace where you can relax in either the shade or the sun. Additionally, there is a spacious covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Spread across three floors, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen opens up to a dining area, while the living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, is located next to it.

There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds, all equipped with mosquito nets. The house also includes one bathroom, one shower room, and one separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning at the end of the stay is available for an additional fee of 60€. A deposit of one-third of the rental price is required, with the balance due one month before arrival.

Escape to the beauty of Provence and discover this enchanting house nestled in its own private valley overlooking vineyards. Built in 1850, this charming retreat is located just 500 meters from the idyllic village of Cotignac (83570).

Step onto the lovely terrace and bask in the warmth of the sun or find respite in the shade. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious covered terrace awaits, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the gentle breeze.

Spread across three floors, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, electric cooking table and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A laundry machine is conveniently located in the laundry room. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating a welcoming space for meals and gatherings.

The living room, adjacent to the dining area, is furnished with two incredibly comfortable sofas, inviting relaxation and conversation. Three bedrooms await, with two boasting double beds and the other two featuring twin beds. Mosquito nets are available for added comfort. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. A cleaning fee of 60€ is applicable at the end of your stay. A deposit equal to one-third of the rental cost is required, with the balance due one month prior to arrival.
