I am offering a pleasant 12m2 bungalow room with direct access to the garden in a modern residence located in Marly Valenciennes. The residence is just 5 minutes away from the city center of Valenciennes and offers a serene environment with breathtaking views of the Rhônelle Valley. Additionally, the house is conveniently close to Valenciennes Aulnoy, a university town.

As a homestay host, I provide foster care and ensure that you have a private bathroom and toilet spanning 6m2. Numerous amenities are available for your convenience, including access to a washing machine, satellite television, a family computer in the garden, terrace access, bicycle storage and loan, parking, free ADSL telephony within France, and a communal kitchen. If needed, I can also pick you up from the Valenciennes train station and assist with certain tasks. I am more than happy to offer advice on tourist attractions and cultural activities.

Breakfast is included during your stay, and upon request, I can also provide a hearty bowl of soup for dinner. I am excited to welcome you and look forward to your visit!

P.S. I have other rooms available on the upper floor, offering advantageous conditions, especially for traveling employees.

J'ai débaptisé notre hôte en l'appelant
" Manimouche " !!!
