Welcome to Les Gites Fleuris, where you will find two traditional stone Perigordian farmhouses nestled on a hill with breathtaking views. Our charming retreat offers a true sense of seclusion, while still being conveniently located just 1km away from all the amenities you need, including a supermarket, boulangerie, restaurants, bar, and bank. Escape the crowds of the Dordogne and relax in our peaceful haven before embarking on journeys to the incredible world heritage sites nearby.La Petite Rose is a beautifully restored 18th-century stone cottage with one bedroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, inviting living room with a cozy fireplace, TV with DVD player, wireless internet access, and a CD player. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, allowing the cottage to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
For a larger group, we offer the Wisteria House, a meticulously restored traditional stone farmhouse. This spacious property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, a living room with a grand stone fireplace, TV, DVD player, wireless internet access, and a CD player. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with charming beamed ceilings and stunning views from the windows. The balcony provides the property's best view, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Relaxation comes easily at Les Gites Fleuris. Lounge by the poolside on the sundeck, unwind in the Jacuzzi, or sway gently in a hammock. Take a leisurely stroll through our expansive grounds, adorned with fruit and walnut trees. Families will appreciate our range of activities, including ping-pong, badminton/volleyball, croquet, swings, and a raised fort with a climbing wall and slide. An indoor games room is also available, equipped with games, toys, ping pong, and Disney video cassettes.

Hautefort is a haven for bicycling and walking enthusiasts, offering rolling hillsides and picturesque forest and valley views. Step out your front door and embark on a captivating countryside walk. Keep an eye out for birds of prey, deer, foxes, and other wildlife. Make your way to the beautiful etang du coucou, just 2.5km away, and enjoy swimming or fishing in the lovely wooded lake.
Food lovers will be in paradise in Perigord, particularly when it comes to truffles and foie gras. As the home of the black truffle, one of France's most famous and luxurious foods, this region is a culinary delight. (Truffle Markets are open in Winter!) Our area boasts numerous excellent restaurants, and the wine regions of Bergerac and Bordeaux are just an hour to an hour and a half away.
