Welcome to our charming new Provencal villa, boasting a spacious interior and exterior layout spanning 100 m2. With three bedrooms, one featuring a comfortable double bed (160), another with a cozy 140 bed, and a third with three single beds (90), our villa can comfortably accommodate your entire group.

The large living room seamlessly connects to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas cooker piano-Godin with five burners, an oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, both normal and espresso, and a microwave, ensuring that you have all the modern amenities at your disposal. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, and there are two separate toilets for your convenience.

Step outside onto the terrace, where you can relax under the shade of umbrellas or enjoy a delicious meal cooked on the gas griddle. For some entertainment, we provide a table tennis set with racquets and balls, and you can stay connected with our internet WIFI. We have made sure to provide you with all the comfort you need during your stay.

Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation, our villa is nestled on a large landscaped property. The highlight is our stunning Californian mosaic pool, accompanied by a spacious terrace made of pink quartzite from Brazil, perfect for soaking up the sun. Keep an eye out for our playful blue dolphin! We also provide outdoor furniture, including a coffee table and chairs, as well as deckchairs. From the pool area, you can enjoy a breathtaking 180° view of the Varois Mountains.

Located in the heart of Green Provence, our villa offers easy access to both the stunning Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Var coast. You will find numerous unique sites to explore. Each surrounding village, such as Tourtour, Cotignac, Salerno, Villecroze, Correns, Carcasses, Sillans Cascade, and Moustiers Ste Marie, has its own authentic and unspoilt heritage, waiting to be discovered. If you prefer larger cities, Draguignan, Brignoles, and Toulon are just a short trip away.

There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy in the area, such as wine and olive tours, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, water sports, fishing, and petanque. With so much to do and see, you will never be bored. We provide various documentation on-site to help you plan your adventures. Of course, if you prefer a more relaxing vacation, you can simply soak up the ambiance of idleness by the pool or under the shade of the pine trees.

In the village, you will find a bakery, butcher, grocery merchant, fruit/vegetable stands, as well as bars and restaurants, all in an authentic Provencal atmosphere. There are also local artisans, like potters, who can further enhance your stay. For additional shopping needs, there are supermarkets (Intermarché, Casino, Lidl) in the surrounding villages. Don't miss the Provencal markets on Sunday in Salerno, Tuesday in Lorgues and Cotignac, and Saturday in Carcès (with a night market on Thursday). A must-visit is the Cellars of ADMIRAL in Entrecasteaux.

To make your stay more convenient, we require a 35% deposit upon booking and a 500 euro deposit during high season. Pets are allowed, and we offer a cleaning option at the end of your stay for 75 euros. We also provide rental options for sheets, towels, and house items upon request. The pool is maintained by the owner, and we accept holiday checks. We offer various free amenities, such as internet WIFI, ping pong, swings, and children's games. Enjoy the calm and serenity of our villa during your stay.
