With 2 bathrooms, it provides convenience and privacy for all guests.Situated on an 800m2 plot of land, half of which is covered in lush grass and the other half in tranquil forest, this chalet offers a peaceful and serene environment. The chalet is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, DVD player, hi-fi system, cot, and high chair, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
For nature enthusiasts, the beautiful area of Coudrée, known for its bird sanctuary, offers the opportunity to explore and experience the wonders of the natural world. Additionally, the beach with sand and pebbles is just 900m away, providing the perfect spot for sunbathing and relaxation. Private ports are also available for those who enjoy water activities.
The location of the chalet is ideal, with Geneva only 10km away and Thonon les Bains, famous for its spa, just 20km away. The renowned town of Evian, known for its golf courses and casino, is also within a 20km radius. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Habère pocket, which is only 20km away.
