Welcome to our newly built, air-conditioned house! With 3 bedrooms, this 90m² house is perfect for a comfortable stay. Located in a serene and quiet area, The Bédinière is a charming half-timbered house that has been open since December 2012 and is classified as a 3-ear accommodation. It is an emblematic representation of the Sologne region, situated just 5km away from Park Chambord and in close proximity to other famous castles of the Loire such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard.For those who enjoy biking, the house is situated in the beautiful region of Sologne and is close to the famous Castles Cycling Tours and La Loire by bike route. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Center Park and the natural BEAUVAL.Baignade Zoo Mont-près-Chambord.
The house is only 700m away from a typical Solognot town and is situated on a spacious plot. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (possibly 8) with its 3 independent and well-appointed bedrooms, featuring large beds.
On the ground floor, you will find a charming dining room with a farmhouse table and a cozy lounge area, complete with a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. The room also showcases the characteristic Sologne oak staircase and beams. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a new dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and other small appliances.
The ground floor also features a bathroom with 2 natural stone sinks and a spacious shower, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom with beams, a double bed (160), and a closet.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV, as well as another bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a double bed of 180) and a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a natural stone basin and toilet.
We offer free Wi-Fi for your convenience and a welcome box of regional products to enhance your stay. Additionally, bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels are available at a rate of 5 euros per person per stay. Cleaning services are also available upon request for an additional fee of 50 euros.
Outside, you can enjoy the serene surroundings by dining and relaxing under the shade of the trees at the large table with chairs and armchairs. A barbecue is also available for your use. Don't miss the opportunity to discover the wildlife of the Sologne Sauvage, including the nearby rutting deer and charming ponds.
