Come and stay in our cozy flat situated in the charming rue du Commerce area, right in the heart of Paris. With its close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo at Porte de Versailles, our location is ideal for exploring the city. Your romantic attic room, with its own separate entrance, offers over 20 sqm of space, complete with a comfortable double bed and a charming terra cotta floor. You will have a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and separate shower, as well as a private toilet. The price for one or two guests is 130€ per night, including a delicious breakfast to start your day.

Our B&B is situated in the 15th arrondissement, which is the largest and most populous out of the 20 districts in Paris. It is located in close proximity to the bustling rue du Commerce, one of the city's busiest shopping streets. Additionally, it is conveniently positioned between the Eiffel Tower and Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, both of which are within walking distance from our B&B.

From your room, you can easily reach the main landmarks of Paris in under 30 minutes. The famous Champs-Elysées, the renowned Grands Magasins on Boulevard Haussmann, and the charming neighborhood of Montmartre can be reached by taking either the bus 80 or the metro line 12 from Vaugirard station.

To explore Saint Germain des Près, the Quartier Latin, and Le Marais, you can hop on the bus 70 or take the metro line 10 from Emile Zola station. If you wish to visit the Louvre, the vibrant Grands Boulevards, or the picturesque Canal Saint Martin, the bus 39 will take you there.

For those interested in visiting the Invalides, the historic Place de la Concorde, the elegant Madeleine, the iconic Opéra, or the vibrant Bastille, the Commerce station on metro line 8 is the ideal starting point.
