Welcome to our spacious house, perfect for a group of up to 9 people. With three stories, each approximately 40m2, and a charming roof terrace on the top floor, this house offers plenty of space and comfort. Additionally, the ground floor features a separate studio and a lovely back yard with southern exposure.

The main house, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is spread across two floors and has its own separate entrance. The first floor, measuring approximately 40m2, boasts three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed and double doors that open onto a loggia/balcony at the front of the house. Another bedroom is equipped with two single beds, while a smaller bedroom has a single bed. A bathroom, complete with a washing machine, is also available on this floor.

On the top floor, you'll find a spacious living room with an open kitchen, featuring a dishwasher for added convenience. The high, open-beamed ceiling adds a touch of elegance to the space. Double doors at the back of the living room open onto a French balcony, while sliding doors in the kitchen lead to a roof terrace with a built-in barbecue. From this terrace, you can enjoy a picturesque view of the nearby park and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea beyond the trees.

The guest apartment, located on the ground floor and with its own separate entrance, can accommodate 2-4 people. This roomy studio includes a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen and dining room with a door leading to the south-facing garden, where you can relish breakfast or dinner surrounded by vibrant bougainvillea.

The beach is just a short 250-meter stroll from the front door, ensuring easy access to the beautiful coastline.
