Description for Gite
The "Caudalie" cottage is designed to provide maximum comfort for two people and a toddler. It offers the following features:- A spacious air-conditioned living room (45m²) with a fitted kitchen and lounge area.
- An air-conditioned bedroom (20m²) with a comfortable double bed (140X200), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
- Tenants have access to a shaded terrace and a small private garden, equipped with garden furniture and two chairs for relaxation (please note that barbecues are not allowed).
- The cottage is tastefully decorated and includes all the necessary elements for a comfortable stay.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, extractor fan, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes.
- The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, 82 cm flat screen TV with Canal+, a dining table with four chairs, and a serving hatch counter.
- Amenities provided include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and hair dryer.
