Experience the perfect blend of authenticity and comfort during your holiday in Burgundy at our beautifully renovated old wine estate. Situated in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, our stone house offers excellent accommodation options for short stays or longer visits.The house features a cozy living room equipped with WiFi, television, CD player, DVD player, books, and games for your entertainment. The dining room includes a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and fridge with freezer. There is also a toilet and shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a spacious and comfortable bedroom with an old washbasin, a double bed, and a single bed. We provide all the necessary sheets and towels, and baby equipment is available upon request. Heating is included for your convenience.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace with a garden table and chairs, or enjoy the peacefulness of the inner courtyard and garden deck chairs. A barbecue and garage are also at your disposal. We happily accept small dogs, as long as they are kept on a leash in the yard and garden.
Our location is the perfect starting point to discover the wonders of Burgundy. Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, mountain biking, table tennis, or simply relaxing, there is something for everyone. Nearby attractions include medieval villages, castles, cellars, tennis courts, and the opportunity to go rollerskating on the greenway or enjoy a boat trip on the Canal du Center.

Our rates for weekly rentals are 310 and 340 during school holidays. However, if you prefer a shorter stay, you can book the cottage for 52 per night for 2 people or 62 for 3 people. Please note that during the high season, there is a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights, while in the average minimum season, it is 2 nights.

Welcome to our charming gite located in a guest house in Couches, Burgundy. We are delighted to invite you to our tastefully decorated duplex apartment, situated in a beautifully restored self-contained house nestled within the Couchois vineyard. With Beaune just 30 kilometers away and Autun only 20 kilometers away, our location is perfect for exploring the region.The gite features a spacious and comfortable bedroom that can accommodate 2 or 3 guests. The room is elegantly furnished and includes a convenient wash basin, toilet, and shower. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchenette for your convenience. For added convenience, we also provide a closed garage for your vehicle.
During your stay, you'll find an array of activities to enjoy nearby. Whether you prefer relaxation, exploring the countryside on a bicycle or mountain bike, or engaging in a friendly game of table tennis, there is something for everyone. In the charming village of Couches, you'll also have the opportunity to try your hand at shooting or tennis, as well as visit the local cellars, castle, and medieval village.
Should you prefer a self-catering option, our gite can be booked without breakfast. The nightly rate for 2 people is 52€ and for 3 people is 62€. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights during mid-season and 4 nights during high season.

To reach our property, follow these revised travel directions:
Start by taking the Lyon-bound A6 highway. Take the Beaune Hospices exit, which is marked as exit 24.1 "Beaune Chagny". Once you exit, continue on the N74 road in the direction of Chagny. However, do not enter Chagny itself. Instead, keep going on the D974 road towards Le Creusot until you reach Saint Léger sur Dheune. At this point, make a right turn and take the D978 road towards Couches. Just before the castle, you'll see a big wine-press; turn left there and follow the C10 road towards Origny for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Look out for a big yellow house on your left-hand side. Take a left turn there, and you'll easily recognize our property on your right.
