The Gite is a charming accommodation option that offers a spacious and comfortable experience. The large lounge area boasts a cozy woodburner, original stone flooring, and a TV/DVD setup for your entertainment needs. The separate kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (including a freezer compartment), coffee maker, and toaster. All the necessary cooking equipment, such as utensils, plates, cups, and glassware, is also provided.To access the sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities, you can ascend the stairs from the kitchen/diner. The upper level features a very spacious double bedroom with original stone walls and exposed beams. This room can easily accommodate an additional bed or a cot, ensuring ample space for all guests. The bright and airy shower room, also adorned with stone walls and exposed beams, offers a large shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail, and a wc.
Additionally, the gite includes a utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. Upon arrival, the owners provide a welcoming basket, and you can also enjoy fresh garden fruit and vegetables, depending on the season.
Outside, you'll find a sunny patio area with a table and chairs, overlooking the beautifully stocked garden maintained by the owners. It's the perfect spot to relax or enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Sunloungers and a barbecue are also provided for your outdoor enjoyment. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking.

Directions
To reach the house, you can take the D940 road from either Gueret or La Chatre. Once you reach Le Poteau, follow the sign for Genouillac Gare on the D15 road. After driving for about 1km, you'll come across a left turn that leads to Les Mousseaux. Take that left turn and continue until you reach the end of the village. The house will be on your left.
