Description:

Description for B&B:

The ground floor living room greets you with its charming French oak and poplar ceiling. A lime coating, tinted with yellow ocher, bathes this south-facing room in a warm, inviting light. Adjoining the living area is a small, well-equipped kitchen.

Upon entering, you'll notice a hand-painted frieze of autumn leaves adorning the staircase and entire floor, adding a touch of vintage charm with its light red patina.

Upstairs, the bedroom windows offer stunning views: to the south, they overlook the garden; to the north, you can see the small pond, orchard, and surrounding woods. The room, spanning 21 m² (with an additional 5 m² clearance featuring a cupboard), includes a 180 cm bed (which can be split into two 90 cm beds upon request) and an additional two 90 cm beds. The room also boasts a 4 m² shower room with a toilet.

You'll appreciate the whitewashed walls in soft colors, the relaxing atmosphere, the comfort, the well-equipped kitchen, the quality bedding, and the garden view of the Monts du Forez. Enjoy a serene and zen experience!

From June to September, a large saltwater swimming pool (16m x 5m) is available. It features an access ramp with a guardrail and a shallow area (60 cm deep) perfect for children.

We welcome guests from early April to mid-November (school holidays), with seasonal pricing as follows:

- Low and mid-season: €448
- June, September, and All Saints’ Day: €532
- July and August: €640
- Weekends: €350 (excluding school holidays)

Optional cleaning and sheet rental services are available. Baby equipment is also available free of charge but must be reserved in advance.

Directions

Here's a revised version of the travel directions:

1. Exit the A72 motorway at Feurs.
2. Turn left onto D1089 towards Boën.
3. After crossing over the motorway, take a left towards Poncins.
4. Continue straight until you reach the village of Poncins.
5. Drive through the village and, just after the Town Hall, make a right turn towards Montverdun.
6. Travel 3.5 km from there. You'll pass the “Les Perrichons” pass, then a farm on the right, followed by a wooded area.
7. The house is located just beyond the wooded area on the right side. It becomes visible only at the last moment.
8. The car park is marked with a “Clévacances” sign on the gate pillar.
