Gîte le Magnolia:Welcome to Gîte le Magnolia! This charming accommodation offers three bedrooms on the upper floor, including two with a comfortable 160x200 bed and one with two 90x200 beds. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a dining area, complete with an electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining area can accommodate six people, and there is a cozy lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Enjoy the convenience of Bluetooth speakers and WiFi in the water room with a closed WC. Outside, a spacious terrace facing west awaits, perfect for admiring breathtaking sunsets. The terrace features a beautiful dry garden and includes a dining area for six, three deck chairs, and a BBQ. Privacy is guaranteed as there are no direct views from neighboring properties. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool and spa, which is equipped with a retractable cover. Parking space is available. Additionally, we offer an à la carte catering service for your convenience.
