Located in Creuse, in the heart of central France, this property is situated 60 km north of Limoges, the international capital of porcelain, and 80 km from Aubusson, renowned as the world capital of tapestry.The house features a garden level with an entrance, a comfortable bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom with a toilet. The house is equipped with electric heating for your comfort. Upstairs, accessible via an exterior staircase, there is a cozy TV lounge.
Outside, you will find a terrace, a beautiful garden, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a garage for your car. Additionally, you can enjoy various outdoor activities such as nature walks, with a stream just 150 meters away and a forest at a distance of 200 meters. If you enjoy fishing, there is a body of water just 2 km from the property. For more leisure options, an indoor swimming pool, a lake, tennis courts, and all necessary shops are located just 8 km away.
