Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the picturesque "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short distance from the coastal path (GR34), our villa offers a minimum stay of 5 nights, providing a perfect retreat between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Rue de la Baie, a dead-end street, leads directly to the sea on the Bay side, as well as the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Within walking distance, you will find all the necessary amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, press, restaurants, and bistros.

Our villa is proudly classified as a 4-star accommodation according to the Furnished Tourism Classification. It is a separate property from the guest rooms, but situated on the same land.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room measuring 50 square meters, a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (180cm). Two of the bedrooms feature private bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom (180cm bed or two 90cm beds).

Enjoy exclusive access to our swimming pool, which is heated to a pleasant 28°C from March to October. The pool has a uniform depth of 2.10 meters across its entire surface (7 x 3.50 meters). It is covered by a retractable shelter, allowing you to swim even when the weather is cooler during the mid-season. The shelter is secured by a key and complies with the NF P 90-309 safety standards.

Relax on our terrace, furnished with comfortable sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue. The enclosed garden ensures your privacy, and the parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles. Electric vehicle charging is also possible from a standard outlet.

Please note that our accommodation is currently not equipped to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility.

Our price is all-inclusive, covering bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, and taxes. The beds will be made upon your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
