This description is for a room in a newly renovated old house located in the "Coteaux de Vigny," just 20 minutes away from Angoulême. The room includes a comfortable bed (size: 160), a bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilet. Additionally, guests have access to a private lounge with a fireplace, a private courtyard, and a garden. The property also offers a 30m swimming pool for guests to enjoy. WIFI access is available, and pets are allowed.The house has a separate wing which is exclusively reserved for the three cottages. This wing features a spacious dining/living room with a fireplace, a small courtyard, and a private garden for guests to relax in. Upon request, guests can also access the 9x3 pool with a jacuzzi, borrow bicycles, and use the ping-pong table.
The owners' house is adjacent to the property, and they are available to assist guests if needed. The area of Les Coteaux de Vigny is known for its vineyards, with three producers of Pineau and Cognac located nearby. Guests can also enjoy a free tour of Maine Giraud, the former home of Alfred de Vigny, or visit Romanesque churches and the Chapel of the Templars in Cressac. Furthermore, there are numerous hiking trails available for exploration. On-site parking is provided for guests.
