The house features a warm and inviting living/dining room that includes a table with 6 chairs, a child's chair, a comfortable sofa, a cozy fireplace, a radio/CD player, a DVD player, Wifi, and a TV.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, an oven, an electric cooker with 4 cooking areas, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
In a separate room, you will find a convenient washing machine.
All rooms in the house are furnished with wardrobes, pillows, and duvets.
Room 1 offers a spacious double bed (1m60) with a private bathroom and toilet.
Room 2 also has a comfortable double bed (1m60).
Room 3 features two single beds.
There is a second separate bathroom with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The garden boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m, with a depth of 1m80 at its deepest point. The pool is open from early May to late September. Additionally, the garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation.
Ample parking space is available for up to 3 cars.
