An ideal resting place between the ferry ports and the stunning South coast of France and Spain, our location just 10 minutes away from junction 23b on the A20 motorway makes it convenient for travelers heading to the South, Spain, and Portugal. You can enjoy a worry-free overnight stay without the hassle of navigating a major city like Limoges, yet still have easy access to the city within a half-hour drive for any meetings or engagements. Our family-run chambres d'hôtes offers four inviting bedrooms for rent, along with a private pool for your relaxation. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with complimentary drinks to start your stay on a pleasant note. In addition, we provide free hot drinks throughout your stay in the dining room, unlike most hotels in France where breakfast is not included. The dining room is always available for your convenience, equipped with everything you need to make your own hot drinks. To make your experience even more enjoyable, a complimentary wine, beer, or soft drink will be provided upon arrival. Our accommodation features two double rooms and two family rooms, each capable of accommodating four people. Additionally, guests have access to a cozy lounge/dining room and full use of the main lounge and dining room, which includes Sky TV and a video player. For your convenience, we offer private parking at the rear of the house within our spacious garden, complete with a sun terrace furnished with loungers and a BBQ. If you prefer to dine outdoors, there is a patio area at the front of the house perfect for al-fresco dining while enjoying the beautiful sunset. Upon request, we can also provide evening meals and BBQ options, including ingredients for a cook-yourself BBQ (additional charges may apply). To reach our location, take the junction 23B off the A20 and continue for 17 kilometers until you reach Magnac Laval. Once in Magnac Laval, proceed to the traffic lights and make a left turn onto the D7 road. After driving for 1 kilometer, you will find us on your left.
