The apartment is situated in an ideal location, nestled between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin. It is conveniently close to the various vineyards of Bordeaux, with the Monsalut area just a short 5-minute drive away. This allows for easy exploration of the nearby ponds and walks in the Crown forests of CESTAS.The apartment is attached to the main house and is surrounded by beautiful wooded surroundings. Inside, you will find a modern living space, complete with two sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and four chairs, a kitchenette equipped with a sink, a 2-plate hob, a multifunctional microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a very comfortable double bed (140 * 190), a desk, and a wardrobe. A canvas cot is also available upon request.
The apartment provides WIFI internet access and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a plancha and a shared barbecue.
From the living room, you can enjoy a peaceful view of the surrounding wooded area, creating a serene environment. The apartment is available for vacation rentals on a daily or longer-term basis.
Conveniently, all necessary shops and amenities are located nearby. Bordeaux Merignac Airport is only 10 minutes away, and Bordeaux city center can be reached in just 15 minutes by tram (with a tram stop only a 5-minute walk away). Additionally, the Arcachon Basin, the famous dune of Pyla, and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches are all within a 40-minute drive. The vineyards and castles of Pessac LEOGNAN can be reached in 15 minutes, while the medieval town of Saint Emilion is only a 40-minute drive away.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of activities available, such as jogging, mountain biking, golfing, forest walks, and a nearby swimming pool. Horse riding facilities are also conveniently located just 200 meters away.

From BORDEAUX, head towards Arcachon on the A63 motorway. Take the exit at Junction 25 and, at the first roundabout, make a right turn. Travel approximately 300 meters and you will find No. 25 on your right.
