Welcome to Quillan, a spacious three bedroom self-catering holiday home that comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Perfect for families, couples, or groups seeking a relaxing getaway or planning an adventurous break in the beautiful south of France. The weekly rates for this delightful home range from 400 to 500 euros.Situated in a peaceful street close to the town center, our house features three bedrooms including a double, family room, and a single room. Additionally, it offers a cozy lounge/diner, a well-equipped separate kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the outdoors on our lovely sun terrace or in the charming courtyard garden, complete with a summer kitchen.
Conveniently located just a short stroll away from restaurants, bars, shops, and an open-air swimming pool, our property also provides ample parking and a secure shed for bicycle storage. For easy exploration, the one-euro trains and buses to Carcassonne and Perpignan are easily accessible. Furthermore, there are nearby swimming lakes and hiking trails to enhance your holiday experience.
Rest assured, the garden and terrace are fully enclosed and safe for children or well-behaved pets.
For larger groups or guests with mobility impairments, we offer an additional ground-floor bedsitting room with an ensuite bathroom and a separate sun terrace. This can be rented at an extra cost with prior arrangement. Short lets (minimum 3 nights) are also available, and we provide reduced rates for longer stays.
