This charming village house occupies a prime location on an 800m2 plot. With a size of 90m2, the house has been fully restored and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave. A cozy living room with a fireplace and TV provides a relaxing space for guests. There are two bedrooms, with the first room featuring a double bed and a single bed, and the second room offering another double bed and a single bed. A baby cot and highchair are also available. The bathroom and toilet complete the accommodation.For guests staying in the cottages, breakfast is provided in the kitchen. Additionally, children under 2 years old stay for free.

The town's amenities and train station are conveniently located within walking distance, situated between the 1st kilometer stone or Vauvray and Reuil Val, which is about 6 kilometers away.
