To reach the property, follow these directions:1. Take exit D767 Lannion/Bégard from the N12 highway.
2. Next, exit onto D33 Cavan.
3. Take a left turn, and then a right onto D33 towards Roche Derrien/Mantallot.
4. After passing Mantallot, keep an eye out for a left turn signposted to Langoat (at a crossroads with a restaurant on the right).
5. Proceed to the top of the hill, where you will find another crossroads. Take a left turn.
6. At the end of the road, make another left turn.
7. The entrance to the property will be approximately 500 meters ahead.

Directions
Starting from the center of Langoat, head towards Lanmerin/Rospez. Continue past both schools. When you reach the exit of the village, turn left. Keep driving for approximately 1.5 miles until you spot the entrance on your left.
