Pascal, Valérie, and their five children, Gabriel, Valentin, Thimothé, Rosalys, and Pénelope, invite you to stay in their five peaceful and comfortable lodgings. They offer you the warmest of welcomes and are eager to share their passion for Ardeche with you.Situated on a 60-hectare property adorned with ancient olive trees and oaks, the lodgings of the Farmhouse of Grads de Perret are nestled within the outbuildings of a spacious courtyard. The historical charm of the estate has been meticulously preserved, including features such as a traditional bread oven, arched sheep-fold tunnels, an olive oil press, a barn, a well, and exposed stone walls.

Directions
To find us, follow these travel directions: At the roundabout between ROSIERES and JOYEUSE, take the ALES direction. After driving 200 m, make a left turn. Proceed on the road towards "Les Grads" (Mas de la Bastide, R.G. Alu) for approximately 2.5 km. You will be on a small narrow and winding tourist road. When you reach the Grads sign, look for the first farmhouse on the left. It can be recognized by its blue gate and old tools painted in blue.
