The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining room, and library, along with two cozy bedrooms accommodating two people each. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet and a bathroom with a toilet. Directions
To get to the chateau, follow these travel directions: Take the A10 motorway and exit at St Andre de Cubzac. Continue driving towards Libourne. Switch to the A89 motorway and exit at Libourne center. If you are coming from Bordeaux via the N89, take exit N°9 for Libourne Est. Once in Libourne, look for green signs pointing towards PERIGUEUX on the N89 and drive for approximately 4.5 km. Then, make a right turn towards NEAC on D121 E3 and follow the brown signs that lead to the chateau. The chateau will be located 1 km after the turn-off, on the right side.
