Les Grands Marronniers Gite is a fully renovated house, perfect for gatherings in France with 2 or 3 families or groups of friends.

In addition to its comfortable, well-decorated, and functional interior, the house also offers a tranquil atmosphere in its spacious 700 m2 garden and private, secure swimming pool, complete with parasols and deckchairs.

Located in the charming village of St Mathieu, the house is just 400 m away from various shops, including a supermarket, pharmacy, and two doctors, and only 2 km from a 33-hectare leisure lake.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 shower-rooms (each equipped with a large shower, toilet, and sink), a generous dining room that can accommodate up to 14 people, a cozy living room with a wood burner, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, and a 3-ring gas hob, the Gite can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

From the kitchen and dining room, guests can access the patio area, which offers two tables and eight chairs. At the lower part of the patio, under a canopy, there is a large shaded table that can seat up to 15 people, along with 18 chairs.

The salt-water swimming pool, measuring 12.5m x 5m, includes a separate paddling pool for children. The pool area is fully enclosed and equipped with an alarm system to detect any falls into the water.

The 700m2 garden provides a secure space for children to play, as the entire area is fenced off.

Directions

To get there by plane, you can fly into the International Airport Limges Bellegarde, which is approximately 30 miles away.

If you prefer to drive, take the A20 highway and take exit 33 towards Périgueux. Then, follow the signs towards Aixe sur Vienne.
