Directions

To reach our destination, starting from the ports along the northern French coast, we always follow the signs for Rennes, then Nantes, and finally Bordeaux. By bypassing all the towns along the way, we eventually reach the A10. Once on the A10, take exit 34 at St. Jean d'Angely and continue on the D939 in the direction of Angouleme, bypassing the town. Stay on the D939 until you reach the charming village of Siecq. Upon reaching the village center, turn left at the small crossroads next to the bar. Follow the road for 1 kilometer, passing the sign for "Coucoussac." Keep left and you will enter Rue de Bellevue. After 50 meters, you will see a large arch in a high stone wall - and there you have arrived! If you are coming from any other direction, find the D939 (the main route between La Rochelle and Angouleme) and look for Siecq, which is located midway between Matha and Rouillac. From Siecq, simply follow the directions mentioned above.
