Welcome to Studio 23 m2 (220 ft2) in the safe and charming neighborhood of Paris 7. This area is perfect for strolling around even at night, as Paris truly shines under the moonlight.Enjoy unlimited high-speed internet for free, along with a TV and two comfortable twin beds. The studio is located on the 7th floor, accessible by an elevator up to the 6th floor. It is secured with a digicode and has a guardian for added safety.
This cozy studio is ideal for two people and has been recently renovated. It features two windows that provide ample natural light, as well as a kitchenette and a shower. Smoking is not allowed to ensure a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
Situated near famous landmarks such as the Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Alma Bridge, Bateaux Mouches, Rodin Museum, Orsay Museum, and Arts Premiers Museum, you will be surrounded by cultural richness. Additionally, the neighborhood offers a vibrant commercial district while providing a tranquil experience in the heart of Paris.
Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. The rate for this charming studio is 90 euros per night, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. If you plan to stay longer, we offer a monthly rate of 1750 euros.
