This description is for a house that occupies 130m² and is spread across the ground and first floors. It is designed to accommodate 6/7 people.

Upon entering, you will find a spacious lounge area (45m²) with an inglenook fireplace and a wood-burning stove. The lounge is furnished with a dining area, lounge suite, and a color television.

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, complete with a dishwasher and microwave.

There is a convenient shower room/WC with a washing machine.

Moving upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed each, while the third bedroom has two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. Additionally, there is a cot and a spare single bed available.

One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom/WC.

Outside, you will have your own patio with garden dining furniture and sun loungers.

You will also have shared access to an extensive garden, which includes a 10 x 5 m swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

To reach your destination, you can take either junction 9 of the A62 motorway from Bordeaux or junction 63 of the A20 (E9) from Paris.

Alternatively, you have the option to travel by TGV express train from either London or Paris directly to Agen or Toulouse.

If you prefer to fly, you can choose to fly into Toulouse airport Blagnac, which is approximately 65 km away, and you can book your flight with British Airways or Air France. Another option is Carcassonne airport, which is approximately 120 km away, and you can book your flight with Ryan Air.
