This description is for a house that occupies 130m² and is spread across the ground and first floors. It is designed to accommodate 6/7 people.Upon entering, you will find a spacious lounge area (45m²) with an inglenook fireplace and a wood-burning stove. The lounge is furnished with a dining area, lounge suite, and a color television.
The house also features a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, complete with a dishwasher and microwave.
There is a convenient shower room/WC with a washing machine.
Moving upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed each, while the third bedroom has two 90 cm x 190 cm beds. Additionally, there is a cot and a spare single bed available.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom/WC.
Outside, you will have your own patio with garden dining furniture and sun loungers.
You will also have shared access to an extensive garden, which includes a 10 x 5 m swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
