This villa was renovated in 2007 and exudes charm and tranquility. It boasts a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the Canoubier beach (150m), as well as being conveniently close to Saint Tropez (1.5 km) and the famous film locations of "Saint Tropez Sous le Soleil". Additionally, the villa of Brigitte Bardot, "La Madrague", is only 700m away.Both Pampelonne and Salins beach are easily accessible by car, with no worries of encountering traffic jams.
The villa offers 2 suites and 2 rooms, each equipped with their own shower and WC. The highlight of the property is the stunning 13m x 4m swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden.
For nature enthusiasts, there is a scenic coastal path leading directly to Saint Tropez. The rooms are conveniently situated on both the ground floor and first floor, each with their own independent access.
