Welcome to our lovely, convenient, and completely private bed and breakfast. This high-ceiling studio with a private bathroom is located in a separate building on the property of a beautiful Mediterranean home. Nestled in a quiet and historic neighborhood in Mid-City, Los Angeles, our B&B offers a tranquil retreat.

You'll have your own private entrance through French doors, ensuring complete privacy. The studio is meticulously clean and boasts beautiful fountains and a well-maintained landscape. Take a moment to relax on the patio with a cup of tea and croissants, immersing yourself in the peaceful atmosphere.

The fully furnished apartment includes a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge stocked with juice, tea, and water. You'll also find a convection toaster oven, a coffee maker with gourmet coffee, and a separate clean bathroom with a shower. The bed is fitted with 100% cotton 400 thread count sheets and adorned with down-alternative quilts for your utmost comfort.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast, which includes fair-trade coffee or tea, freshly baked croissants or muffins with homemade jam, and organic yogurt or cheese.

Our convenient location puts us just 10-15 minutes away from UCLA, USC, Hollywood, the Grove, and Santa Monica. With a freeway entrance just two blocks away and a bus stop one block away, getting around the city is a breeze. Culver City, known for its theaters, restaurants, farmers market, and historic attractions, is just a short street or bike ride away. You can also easily reach the beach or take a scenic bike path to Venice. Additionally, Beverly Hills, LACMA, and the La Brea Tar Pits are all within a 10-minute drive.

The owner is fluent in French and Spanish and will be happy to assist you in planning your stay and explaining the area.

We provide WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning for your convenience. Our internet connection is very strong and fast, thanks to the Lynksys E4200 router.

Free parking is available, and we provide a hair dryer and iron for your use. An iPod dock clock-radio is also provided for your entertainment.

The water on the property is filtered, and we offer R.O. filtered drinking water in the studio. The shower takes less than a minute to heat up and provides nice hot water. Additionally, we offer optional meal and laundry services for an additional fee. Smoking is allowed on the patio, where you are free to relax and unwind.

Please note that we have a minimum stay requirement of 2-3 nights.
