Villa du Parc is a charming manor built in the 1930s with a distinctive Basque style. Today, it offers a range of holiday apartments available for weekly or short-term rental, including a bed and breakfast option. The apartments vary in size and can comfortably accommodate between two and four guests.The manor features a spacious hall with a cozy fireplace and comfortable armchairs, as well as complimentary internet access, games, books, magazines, and a video projector. Additionally, there is a large underground garage where guests can safely store and work on their bicycles, motorcycles, skis, and other equipment.
Surrounded by 8000 square meters (approximately three acres) of grounds, Villa du Parc offers breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. The property boasts century-old trees and amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Guests can relax on deck chairs, enjoy a barbecue, or let their children play in the designated playground area. The manor is conveniently located on the outskirts of Prades, allowing guests to reach the town center within a ten-minute walk. Directions
To reach Prades, follow the motorway towards Spain/Barcelona. Once you reach Perpignan, make a right turn towards Andorra. After driving for approximately 40 km, you will arrive in Prades. Keep going straight ahead and you will find us located on the old main road at the Prades exit.
