On the first floor, you will find three unique guest rooms, each offering a distinct ambiance and personalized decor. Every room boasts a spacious Queen Size bed (160×200), luxurious bedding, a delightful bathroom, and private toilets. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system and a flat screen TV with TNT.The Bamboo bedroom, located upstairs in the owner's house, spans approximately 35 square meters. It features a large Queen Size bed and an integrated shower room with a toilet. From this room, you can enjoy a marvelous view of the picturesque countryside, as well as the lush wooded park and its inviting swimming pool.
Upstairs in the owner's house, you will also find the Terracotta bedroom. With an area of approximately 25 square meters, this room offers a spacious Queen Size bed and a private and independent bathroom measuring around 12 square meters. From here, you can marvel at the serene view of the captivating wooded park and its refreshing swimming pool.
The Océane Suite, occupying approximately 37 square meters on the first floor of the owner's house, is a spacious accommodation suitable for 2 or 4 people. It features a large Queen Size bed and two twin beds (80x200), which can be transformed into a large Queen Size bed (160×200) upon request at the time of booking. This suite offers a delightful view of the charming garden.

Additionally, there is a bathroom with water and an independent toilet, as well as a convenient washing machine.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a cozy 140x200 bed and another bedroom with two 80x200 beds that can be connected to form a comfortable 160x200 bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning system.
The cottage also features a private terrace complete with garden furniture, an electric plancha for delightful outdoor cooking, and private parking for your convenience.
