Directions
To get to the Bétharram caves in Lourdes from Pau, take exit No 10 and head towards Lourdes. From Tarbes, take exit No 12 and also head towards Lourdes. Just before reaching Lourdes, there will be a right turn towards Pau, which will lead you to the Bétharram caves. In St Pé village, at the arcades place, turn right onto the little road du Barry, which will lead you to the mairie building. Our location is just 50 meters ahead on the right.
