This stunning Basque house is situated just 2km away from the town center of Sare and all its convenient amenities such as a pharmacy, bakery, delicatessen, SPAR, and a medical group offering a wide range of healthcare services including doctors, dentists, osteo physiotherapists, nurses, podiatrists, and speech therapists. In addition, there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby for your enjoyment.

The house features a beautiful bean-shaped family pool with a gradual depth ranging from 140cm to 180cm (L 9.5m x W 6m), complete with a security alarm. Each holidaymaker will have their own designated sunbathing area. There is also a boulodrome with officially approved dimensions for those who enjoy playing boules.

The property boasts a large enclosed garden of 1,500m2 filled with trees, providing a tranquil environment. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy a view of the pool. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue for outdoor cooking. The house also offers a large car park with an electric gate for your convenience.

Inside the comfortable 165m2 house, there is ample space to accommodate 8 to 10 people. It features a generously sized living/dining room, a beautifully designed closed fitted kitchen, and 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor) with 4 double beds (2 in 160cm and 2 in 140cm). There is also a mezzanine area with 2 single beds (90cm). The house includes 2 bathrooms (1 on the upper floor and 1 on the ground floor) as well as 2 separate toilets.

The location of the house is ideal, nestled in a picturesque green setting, just 5 minutes away from the Spanish border. It is also conveniently located within a 15-minute drive from the stunning beaches of St Jean de Luz/Ciboure and a 25-minute drive from Bidart, Biarritz, Anglet, and Bayonne. San Sebastian can be reached within 45 minutes, as well as Hossegor and Capbreton.

Guests will have access to free WIFI during their stay, and the house is equipped with both Netflix and Amazon Prime for entertainment purposes.

Please note that pets are not allowed, although we have a fondness for them. This is a quiet and residential area, so we kindly request that young revelers abstain from booking.

Bed linen and towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
