Welcome to "MARINES LAND," a modern and luxurious guest house located near Cap Blanc Nez and the Channel Tunnel. Our goal is to provide you with a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautifully decorated home.

With a spacious area of 180m2 exclusively for guests, our house features large windows that offer breathtaking views of the fields and surrounding countryside. You can relax in the inviting living room or enjoy the privacy of your own terrace. Additionally, our guest house is eco-friendly, using renewable energy sources such as solar panels and geothermal heating.

We offer four rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and toilet, accommodating a maximum of nine guests. Whether you are planning a week-long stay or longer, we have special rates available for those who desire a home away from home experience while shopping or traveling.

In addition, we provide free Wifi and parking on the property.

Merci à M. et Mme Martel pour leur accueil si chaleureux et renouvelé ... Nous avons quitté Terres marines ce 29 mars 2014 après notre 3e visite, sans jamais un regret mais avec des rires dans le coeur et un beau panel d'informations tant tourstique que gastronome des la Terres des 2 Caps. Maison située dan sun quartier résidentiel, calme. Espace hôte privatisé (nos accueilants occupent une autre partie, bien distincte, de la maison). Chambre impeccable, de belle taille et décorée avec goût. Lit double en 160 ou lits jumeaux (selon la chambre), Parking à l'arrière de la maison.
Entrée privative. 2 chambres au rez et 2 chambres à l'étage. Petit déjeuner copieux, davantage brunch ... Plus besoin de repas de midi ... Alors, faites comme nous, n'hésitez plus !

Directions

Terres Marines is located approximately 1km away from exit 39 A16 (Boulogne Calais). Upon entering the village, make a left turn at the first intersection. Proceed straight ahead, ignoring any signs indicating "no entry" for non-residents. Terres Marines, the last house on the left, will be easily identifiable as it faces the fields.
