Welcome to our charming gîte, located on the first floor of a historic farmhouse built in 1792. Nestled in a peaceful rural village in the picturesque Valley of the Zorn, our gîte offers comfortable accommodation for your stay.

The gîte features two bedrooms: Room1 with a double bed, and Room2 with two single beds. There is also a cozy living room with a TV, a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher, a shower room, and separate toilets. Linens are provided, and the beds will be made for your arrival.

Outside, you can enjoy a closed courtyard, a lovely green space, and a sheltered area with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also a Ping-Pong table and a car park for your convenience.

For communication needs, a telephone with a prepaid card is available, and internet access is possible.

The property sits on a spacious 2000 m² plot, complete with the main house, outbuildings, a large courtyard, a sprawling lawn with an ornamental pond, and a beautiful garden.

Our gîte benefits from a central heating system which is included in the price.

The village offers a peaceful and tranquil setting, surrounded by farmland. You will find all necessary amenities within a 3km radius. The vibrant city of Strasbourg is easily accessible via the nearby motorway, located approximately 30 km away. Additionally, the charming towns of Saverne and Haguenau are also within a short drive, offering further attractions and activities.

Strasbourg boasts numerous museums, the famous cathedral, the picturesque "Little France" district, the European Parliament, and not to be missed, the enchanting Christmas market "Christkindel Maricks" at the end of the year. There is an abundance of things to see and do in the region.

Alsace itself offers a multitude of attractions, including the historic sites of the Maginot Line, the pottery villages of Soufflenheim and Betschdorf, and the impressive castles of Ht Koenigsbourg and Fleckenstein, along with countless ruins and picturesque villages. And of course, no visit to Alsace would be complete without exploring the renowned wine route.

To reach the gîte, follow these revised travel directions:

1. Head towards Schwindratzheim on the A4 autoroute.
2. Take exit 46 and turn left.
3. Upon entering the village, take the first right onto a street.
4. Continue for approximately 250 meters along the street of the church.
5. The gîte will be located on your right-hand side.
